Do you offer warehousing?
Yes, complimentary warehousing is included with all company store programs, and available to non-program clients for a monthly fee. Please inquire with our team to see if this is a good fit for your organization.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we offer multi-address shipping with all of our offerings. Please inquire to start a new project.
What's your turnaround time?
Lead times vary for each project. Bespoke projects are subject to longer lead times due to the custom nature of their production. Company store and fast custom orders ship within 10-15 business days.
When is payment due?
Payment is due before orders are produced.
Do I have to buy inventory for a company store?
No, inventory is not required for our company store offerings. Certain items, like drinkware, are better suited for a small-run of inventory, but our team is here to walk you through your options and what works best for your organization.
Will I work with a human?
Absolutely! We don't believe in catalogs. We believe in relationships. We take the time to get to know your brand, recommend what actually works, and help manage your merch program so you can stay focused on everything else. We're the fun part of your work day!
How much does an activation cost?
An on-site merchandise experience requires a $10,000 spend commitment.
